Turning The Page
After a lot of thought (and a few long walks to think it through), I've decided to close my massage practice.
This experience has been one of the most meaningful parts of my life. Curating a space where you could come relax, recharge, find peace and sometimes even a little pain relief. I know how special it's been for many of you and it's been just as special to me.
This isn't goodbye, I'm just switching gears and focusing more on my personal goals, and part of that is having more down time.
You'll be able to find me in a few places, I'll share those below. and just know no matter where I go, you can still expect the same level of thought, care and heart.

It's hard to put into words how much this chapter has meant to me. I've learned so much through every person who walked through my door, about healing, connection, and what it really means to show up for people. Thank you for being a part of that. I hope you keep finding ways to rest, breathe, and take good care of yourself.
